PLAYLOO · SENSIBLE PLAY CORP.
Privacy Policy
Effective 17 October 2026
1. Who handles your data
Sensible Play Corp., trading as Playloo, is responsible for personal data processed to operate Playloo. Contact info@funrika.com for privacy questions or requests. Paddle separately processes purchase information under its Privacy Notice.
2. Information we process
- Access and profile information: email address, early-access request and approval status, nickname, avatar, account identifier, tutorial completion and account settings.
- Creative content: prompts, chat messages, interview questions, uploaded photos, guest names and personality briefs, generated text, images, audio and videos, saved performances and post captions.
- Activity and technical information: feature and playback events, generation status and errors, timestamps, device/browser information, network information such as IP addresses, session and security records, and abuse-prevention identifiers. Some rate-limiting identifiers are stored as hashes.
- Billing and support: subscription and credit records, payment-provider identifiers, transaction status, requests and correspondence. Payment details entered in Paddle checkout are handled by Paddle; our application does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Email delivery: invitation and request-receipt records and delivery, delay, failure, bounce, complaint or suppression status.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to manage access, authenticate accounts, generate and deliver requested content, maintain libraries and posts, administer credits and purchases, provide support, prevent abuse and understand how Playloo is used.
Where a legal basis is required, processing necessary to provide requested services relies on contract or steps before entering a contract. Security, operational diagnostics and proportionate product analytics rely on legitimate interests, subject to applicable rights and safeguards. We process records required by law to meet legal obligations and seek consent where required for optional purposes or technologies.
4. AI generation and human access
To fulfill generation requests, we send relevant prompts, conversation context, selected character information and, where needed, uploaded images or generated media to AI and media providers. For example, a guest photo and brief may be processed to generate a portrait, visual description or interview material. Avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the feature.
Authorized administrators can inspect recorded prompts, generated responses, usage and credit records, and private generated videos for support, debugging, safety and service operations. Access to these administrative tools is restricted and relevant administrative activity is logged. Private content is not published to the community merely because an administrator can inspect it.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Our current infrastructure includes Railway for hosting, Supabase for account and database services, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, OpenAI and Fal for AI/media processing, Resend for email delivery, Wix for the marketing website, and Paddle for purchases when enabled. Fal may route generation to the underlying provider for the selected model. Information shared depends on the requested feature and each provider’s role.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, where legally required, to investigate misuse or protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate protections. This policy does not give unrestricted permission to publish your private content.
6. Public content
If you choose to post or share content, the video, caption, profile information and associated interactions may become visible to the audience for that feature. External recipients may retain or redistribute downloaded content. Think carefully before posting images or information about other people.
7. Cookies and storage
The application uses cookies and similar storage to maintain sign-in, security, tutorial progress and preferences. Operational and product-usage events are also recorded by the service. Blocking essential storage may prevent login or other features from working. Any optional tracking that requires consent must be presented with the appropriate controls before use.
8. Retention, deletion and security
We retain data for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including providing your account and saved content, handling requests, maintaining security, reconciling credits and transactions, and meeting legal obligations. You can use available deletion controls for content or contact us to request account/data deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes or financial reconciliation; backup removal may follow a separate cycle.
We use access controls and other technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. International processing and your rights
Our providers may process information outside your country. Where legally required, cross-border transfers must use an applicable permitted mechanism and safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact info@funrika.com. We may verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal time limits. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
10. Children and changes
Playloo is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. This statement is not a claim that the app verifies everyone’s age.
We will update this policy when our practices change and provide notice of material changes where required. The effective date will identify the applicable version.
